What this site is
An explanation of the mechanism behind an operator’s support layer: the channels a contact can arrive through, the screen an agent works from, the ceiling at each level, what a sentence in a chat is worth, how a queue is staffed, what the record keeps and what the desk cannot do by design. It is written for an adult reader who wants to understand the mechanism before or while dealing with one.

Funding and independence
